Youth doesn’t disappear simply because the world has decided you’ve been lost.
Young people live on the margins of a place sold to the world as paradise, still carrying desire, beauty, and dreams of what their lives might become.
The film is being made in South Florida, in the found world: the canals, overpasses, motels, parking lots and stretches of water that the postcard leaves out, and the people who live in them.
